I build the thing,

My work usually sits where websites, CRM, automation, and custom code meet. I help small businesses and professional service firms turn scattered tools into something simpler that actually works.
I'm Poch. I design and build websites, connect the systems behind them, and stay close enough to the work to solve the details that usually get handed off between a designer, developer, CRM person, and automation specialist. My bias is toward practical solutions: use the simplest setup that can do the job well, avoid unnecessary complexity, and make sure what we build is something you can actually use.

A polished page is only useful when the forms submit correctly, calendars book properly, automations fire, and the system is manageable after it goes live.

I use native tools when they are enough and custom code when it genuinely improves the result. The goal is a reliable setup without building more machinery than your business needs.
